Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

Refunds are available only for specific services and products, based on the terms outlined in the individual service agreements. If eligible, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of the request and will be credited to the customer’s bank account.

Refunds are generally not available for services that have been fully delivered or are underway as per the agreed scope. Please refer to your specific service contract for detailed refund terms.

2. Cancellations

For project-based services, clients may cancel the service before the work has begun or within a specified period from the date of agreement as outlined in the service contract.

If a client wishes to cancel a subscription-based service, they must provide written notice before the start of the next billing cycle. In the case of cancellation, any unpaid fees for services rendered up to the cancellation date are due immediately.

3. Pricing

All prices for our services are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees). StartupSurge reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, any changes to fees will not affect services already under contract.
